Logo Design for Trevor’s POS Systems
This logo was based on the client’s old logo which was not very attractive and it was not vector based. The biggest challenge with this project was finding a font that had the shadows in the right place to match the shadows on the rest of the logo. Because I insist on vector design whenever possible I couldn’t just use a raster effect tool to create the look I wanted. Fortunately I stumbled on a font called bevel that is actually a base font plus 3 other fonts that can be stacked so that you create a 3d effect. So the base in this case is white, and the 2 “stacked fonts are the fonts that make up a bottom shadow and right shadow on each of the letters.
